Question: Hi... I am a married woman of age 25 years. I am having hypothyroid and on medication right now. I was having regular periods from last few months, but recently I did not get any periods for 2 months. And now I got periods after 2 months, but the bleeding is very severe. Also, I usually face severe pain during periods. Please advise

I used to have irregular cycles. And then I was diagnosed with hypothyroid. After some time, it got normal.
Last menstrual period was 19th April and now it came on 5th July.
I did the pregnancy test at home. It was negative.
My height is 5'2'' and weight 70 kgs.
Latest TSH was done last month and value was 3.8
No recent pregnancy or miscarriage
Periods have always been painful.

ALso a pelvic transvaginal ultrasound scan.
Plus hormonal levels - FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin, OGTT, DHEAS, Free testosterone.
