Brief Answer:
Explained possible causes

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HealthcareMagic to post your question.
I read it carefully and I understand your concern.

Here are some possible diagnoses that I am thinking you need to rule out:

- The headache can come from sinusitis. If you have had runny nose, congestion with thick secretions from nose and the heaviness in the head comes when you lower down your head, then most probably it is caused by sinusitis.

- You may have an Iron deficiency anemia. Consider doing a complete blood count to confirm or rule that out and determine if you need treatment.

- If you think that any of the above is not your case, because you have already rule them out, then the next step to do is to consider doing a thorough clinical check up.

The above suggestions are the most possible causes, but then depending on your general health and other conditions you have, it may be from many causes - heart failure, kidney dysfunction, thyroid problem, ect.

Hope this makes sense and helps to clarify your concerns.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.

Regards,
Dr.Papaqako

Brief Answer:
The same possible diagnoses still stay the same.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Yes, I understand that.
The possible diagnoses still stand.

If those suggested above result normal, then depression is a very possible diagnoses.

What do you think about those?
Can you do those labs and follow up with me?

Regards,
Dr.Papaqako
