Question: hi my blood pressure is high in the morning but very low afternoons and towards the evenings, my doctor wants me to take Olmetec is this going to help. XXXXX

But as your blood pressure values are high in the morning, they can cause chronic damages in the blood vessels.

I would recommend start in low doses and increase slowly.

Other treatment options would be valsartan or a calcium channel blocker ( amlodipine, felodipine, etc.).
