What Causes High ESR Levels And Low Lymphocytes?

Question: My 11 year old sons blood test has come back with high ESR at 28mm/hr & his Lymphocytes are low at 1.0 they should be between (1.5-5.0). He has resently finished treatment for a cancer tumour, having finished 12 rounds of chemo in January. Would these results be because of his treatment or should I start being a little concerned?
Brief Answer:
could be because of chemo
Detailed Answer:
Hi

Slightly low lymphocyte count could be because of chemo.
There is nothing to worry unless your kid has fever or is unwell.
Unlikely to to tumour induced which usually results high lymphocytes
The count should improve in a few weeks .
