What Causes High Blood Glucose And Edema In Foot Despite Taking Medication?

Question: I am aged 63 yrs weight 93 kg
my sugar levels are not under control.
the readings are fasting 180 and post 2 hrs 280.
currently taking Human mixart 100 iu inj.Morning 54 units and night 44 units.
also I am taking amryil 2mg 1 tab morning and 1 tab evening
secondly I have developed edema on the foot and I take Lasix 40 mg 2 tab + frosenic 100mg

Dear friend, 180 fasting is too high you are getting edema that need to be evaluated. You meet your cardiologist soon get your cardiac evaluation soon. You also get microalbuminuria, HbA1c, lipid profile, serum urea and creatinine too done your insulin dose also needs to be prefixed. Thanks
