Detailed Answer:
Hello
I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that after crossing 60 proper medical evaluation is required to assess any kind of weakness or dizziness.
If she is a hypertensive and is taking bp meds then that can also be the reason of dizziness. I would like to suggest few tests
1. Complete Blood Count
2. Kidney function test
3. Thyroid profile
4. HbA1c
5. Serum electrolytes
All these basic test will help us figure out the underlying cause that whether it is cardiac or due to kidney.
I hope this information will answer your query.
Kind Regards
