What Causes High Blood Pressure?
within normal range
Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
Normal blood pressure is a systolic (top value ) of less than 130 and a diastolic (bottom value) of less than 80.
A blood pressure with a systolic between 130-139 and diastolic from 80 to 89 would classify a person as prehypertensive (at risk of becoming hypertensive)
Your values of 126/68 to 70 or 126/ 70 to 65 are therefore normal.
Everyone has different normals for them but once it is within the range then it is fine.
Have come across patients with blood pressure readings of 100/60 , this was their norm. Some persons may experience dizziness at this values (because low for them) whereas it is completely normal for others.
Once you are not experiencing any symptoms because it is lower than your normal, it is fine. Symptoms of hypotension are dizziness, clammy sensation, shortness of breath.
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
