Brief Answer:
concerned about his heart rate..
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic,
From the clinical details you have provided, I am concerned about his heart rate which is very low . If the heart rate is below 60 its known as bradycardia.
He need to be further evaulated by a cardiologist on this issue only.
As you have mentioned you already screened for Diabetes and HTN which came negative, there is nothing to worry much except his heart rate.

My husband works out regularly (runs 4 miles everyday on treadmill for last 3 years) and the physician we consulted on his heart rate, it is common to have lower heart rate in athletes. He mentioned at lower heart rates non athlete people would not be able to operate and would have collapsed while exercising. He also took EEG and said there were no variations and everything was normal and we should not worry.
Should I still be concerned and consult a cardiologist?
