Hello XXXXXXX
I am Dr.Rajesh Teli,
Thanks for using HCM.
Actually you are in right direction for managing high cholesterol and low HDL.HDL can increase with daily intake of almonds and brisk walk for 30 min.,which you are already following. So you may add medicine called Niacin.Though it decreases number ,but it has not shown any long term protection against event like stroke or heart attack.so its use is like getting right digit.Another suggestion is that you may reduce dose of Rozat F in consultation with your doctor ,If your cholesterol target is attained .otherwise as on today we have no other remedy to raise HDL.you need to keep bit above 35.
My best wishes

Brief Answer:
No you must not stop Rozat F
Detailed Answer:
hello XXXXXXX
you must not stop Rozat F.Your LDL 110 is bit high ,you should aim LDL below 100.If TG is 70 may discuss with your treating doctor about discontinuing F component of Rozat F.( it is combination of rosuvastatin and fenofibrate)however the decision will depend on your baseline level and fluctuations after stopping fenofibrate for few weeks. The cholesterol medicine need to be continued life long, unless there is any side effect .
keep up your healthy life style
