Hi
Welcome to HCM.
If a deeply jaundiced patient develops high grade fever and other measures fail, Parasafe can be given to treat high fever.
Parasafe contains Paracetamol and Methionine.
Methionine can reverse the toxic injury to the liver caused by Paracetamol.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back to HCM.
I really appreciate your concern for the high fever in presence of jaundice.
Methionine taken along with Paracetamol is safe in your case.
Low dose of Paracetamol such as 325 mg can be taken along with plenty of oral fluids to reduce the temperature.
A physician consultation is strongly recommended in view of the high bilirubin and raised SGPT level.
