Brief Answer:
You need not worry. Seems to be due to a viral infection.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Most often such symptoms in children are due to certain viral infections. Crocin (paracetamol) would be the mainstay of treatment and needs to be given as required. The minimum interval between doses is 4 hours. Tepid sponging will also help.

Also give ORS (oral rehydration solution) intermittently to make up for the fluid and salts lost with the increased frequency of passing stool.

You need not panic. Such fevers usually last for 3-7 days irrespective of the use of antibiotics. You need not worry unless she becomes lethargic. In such a case you would have to rush her to a doctor without delay.
