Question: This morning checked by B/P because its been 190 and above git it down 133/78 and now my pulse rate is 105 to 125. Is that normal fir 57 year old with diabetes

Your age should have an average of 72 heart rate with extreme variation to 60 and 100 on either side. Anything above or below that would be not normal. Right now you are tachycardic, that is your heart is pacing at a faster rate than it should. Hypertension and diabetes explains it. You need a good selective beta blocker like carvedilol or bisoprolol and a competent cardiologist and a complete control of your diabetic profile with diet and lifestyle modifications your top priority.it is not that bad but worth consideration to manage and control. Seek your cardiologist and let them evaluate this tachycardia further.
