2. Regular and adequate Exercise
3. Proper dosage of Medicine.

I need to know how much and how frequently you were exercising ?
What was the dosage of Fenofibrate that you were taking ?

Your Triglyceride can definitely brought to normal , don't worry . Kindly revert back with details asked .

Brief Answer:
You need to exercise more.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Thanks for the follow up .

The dose of medicine is fine .

But your exercise level is not adequate . Don't consider your walking and climbing stairs during work as exercise.

My advise to you is to do Jogging everyday ( maximum you can skip a day in week but preferably daily you do exercise) and with time , that is every 2 weeks you need to increase the Intensity or the duration of exercise .

Along with this you need to follow strict low Cholesterol diet . I will tell you what diet has to be followed but for a better result kindly consult a dietician and follow the diet strictly.

Diet : Avoid Sweets , Carbonated beverages , Non Veg food , Junk Food , Cheese , Butter and Ghee. Eat more of fruits, vegetables and drink plenty of water .

Continue taking Fenofibrate and repeat the test after 3 months . You will definitely notice the chance.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask .

Regards.
