i also have positive hemoglobin and high white cells
Brief Answer:
Please upload the reports.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I would request you to upload the reports. A high white cell count may be indicative of a bacterial infection. Hemoglobin level need to be specified. A low hemoglobin could be responsible for lightheadedness. I would wait for you to upload the reports and based on your inputs I would guide you further.

Im trying to send the results but they are incomplete
Brief Answer:
Drink plenty of water
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. I have gone through the report. Overall it seems fine. The urine seems concentrated. I would not really be bothered about the slight increase in WBC count but would strongly insist you to drink more water. It should automatically take care of the problems. If apprehensive, you may repeat the blood counts after two weeks.

What about the hemoglobine in urine?
Brief Answer:
A repeat urine test after a week is desirable.
Detailed Answer:
It could be due to dissociated blood cells in urine. As of now I would insist you to take plenty of water and to repeat the urine test (routine microscopy plus culture sensitivity). If the results are still similar, I would insist you to go for a course of antibiotics.

Brief Answer:
Needs medication.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back once again.
Your problems could be aggravated by stress but stress itself would not cause them.
Taking supplements with Ginkgo biloba extracts could help in getting rid of the noise in your ears. You may also take some vestibulocochlear stabilizing agents like cinnarizine or betahistine (prescription medicine) Try these for a month or two and if it still does not help, get an audiometry done. Both the noise (tinnitus) as well as the light headedness could be due to problems with the inner ear (vestibulocochlear apparatus).
