What Causes Hot Flashes And Blood In Stool After Having Prawns?

I had some prawns last sunday and since then my body is very hot and i am not feeling comfortable in the stomach. I feel very hot and today morning there was blood in the stool and by evening red spots have appeared on the left side on my stomach and back

As per your description, it seems you had allergic reaction due to prawns.so,you have developed red spots over the body. Please upload a photo of the rash so that I am better able to help.
If the blood is associated with loose stool,it could be because of dysentry due to infection of the gut.if there is no loose stool,then other causes of bleeding per rectum like haemorrhoids have to be ruled out.
i prescribe Gut antibiotic like Rifaximine along with Pre and probiotic capsule to my patients with dysentry. For allergy, i give Antihistamine tablet containing Cetrizine to my patients.
You should consult your doctor, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
