Brief Answer:
Can use triluma cream again along with sunscreen
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and can appreciate some hyperpigmented patches on the forehead.
The triluma cream prescribed to you was fine.
You can again start using the same cream on the marks at night but under the supervision of the doctor.
Also use a broad spectrum sunscreen at intervals of 3-4 hours during the day time.
Continue this for 6-8 weeks but under the supervision of the doctor.

Dr Asmeet

Brief Answer:
Kojic acid based cream or hydroquinone cream
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Alternatively you can use any kojic acid based cream on the dark patches twice daily or hydroquinone cream on the dark patches at night.
I hope either of the two will be available as over the counter in your country.
