Brief Answer:
Symptoms are suggestive of ataxia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms. These are suggestive of ataxia, a term used to describe imbalance and tendency to fall while walking.

The most common reason for ataxia could be a dysfunction of cerebellum, which in turn, is often caused by infarct- lack of blood flow to brain.

Other common cause of ataxia could be sensory ataxia, caused by loss of sensations while standing and walking. This is caused by damage to sensory nerves in feet and spinal cord.

A neurological examination would help in sorting out the diagnosis. MRI of brain and spine may be required for confirming the diagnosis.

Good treatments are available once the diagnosis is confirmed.

I hope it helps.

Best wishes,
