What Causes Implantation Bleeding?
I am losing weight to try and conceive BMI was 43 it is now 40 and I am changing my diet to keep losing weight. I am worried at being 40 I have left it too late for a baby.
I am under a fertility specialist who says me and husband are healthy and no problems.
Clearblue fertility monitor only ever shows Low and High never Peak is this a problem my Consultant says dont use any predictor kits as it causes stress and they don't always work just to have regular intercourse 3 times a week
Do you think this is a sign of pregnancy (i think this is ruled out now)? Or what is wrong please?

Hello XXXXXXX
I can empathize with your stress over this as I went through similar things trying to have a baby (at 39 years old). Perseverance and keeping calm will pay off.
Implantation bleeding is usually just a day or two of spotting. But in some women, there is a light period that can last for weeks in early pregnancy.
A pregnancy test isn't usually positive when implantation occurs. It can take a few days for the HCG levels to rise. So you can retake in a few days to see.
The irregular bleeding may be due to an anovulatory cycle (where you don't actually ovulate). This makes the hormones temporarily out of whack which results in periods coming earlier, later, being shorter, longer, heavier, or lighter. Anovulatory cycles are more common with stress (emotional or physical) and pronounced weight changes.
I agree about the fertility testers. They can just cause more anxiety. If you can detect increases in cervical mucus quantity and wateriness, that is a better bet.
I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information.
I last had intercourse 17 and 23 May? Do you think this could be pregnany I have a very sore right nipple and left is sensitive

Your serum LH and FSH are in a normal range, so it doesn't look like you are perimenopausal. In menopause, LH is high.
One "off" period is not a sign of cancer, especially in someone who is still in her menstrual years.
If your periods have been regular before, they should return to normal in a cycle or two, if the stress is decreased.
If you had conceived May 23, your home pregnancy test or any other pregnancy test would be positive by now. So I am sorry, no, it does not look like you conceived at that time. The nipple soreness may just be from your hormones.
