Few post operative minor complications may arise following EVLT like haematoma, tightness or numbness. So you need not to worry for not being able to straighten your leg, it will be alright in a week or two.
Here I would like to know about your post operative colour doppler report if you have undergone.
Please follow these guidelines
Continue using compression stocking or bandages as your doctor advised you.
You should ask for duplex ultrasound on your follow up visit
I assure you that with exercise and physiotherapy it will be alright.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX XXXXXXX
welcome again
GSV and SSV means great saphenous vein and short saphenous vein
Both are occluded means it has blocked perfectly and there will not be any venous reflux through these veins
Venous return will be restored by normal collateral veins and varicosity will disappear with time.
You had a successful surgery so need not to worry this will definitely improve your symptoms and appearance.
Wish you good health and speedy recovery
