Inactiveness and lethargic feelings are common in youngsters nowdays.
This is because of irregular sleeping habits. Make sure you sleep for atleast 7 and half hours daily during the night and avoid sleeping during the day times.
Practice early morning yoga / meditation or go for a jog early morning . It will remove lethargy.
Also have a balanced diet containing lots of fibres, high content of proteins, fruits and vegetables.
You can take multivitamin tablets along with your diet . It will be helpful. Taking early morning herbal tea or coffee also helps. You can take warm water bath with little( 1 tsp) eucalyptus oil mixed in the water to feel fresh.
Make sure you eat a good amount breakfast, a normal lunch but a lighter dinner to get a good night sleep. Donot keep cell phones and tablets next to you at night as you may have a tendency to work on your devices thus delaying sleep , resulting in irregular sleep habits.
