What Causes Incomplete Empting Of The Bladder?
Question: Not being able to completely empty the bladder.Urgent need to urinate sometime,Stopping and starting again while urinating .all blood test normal HMG -normal,RBS-78 mg/dl,LFT- normal,RFT- UREA 17, CREATNINE 1.1, URINE ROUTINE- Calciun oxlate present . PSA TEST RESULT 0.44 ng/ml

It is a treatable problem.
Your symptoms, like low urine flow rate and high residual urine point towards narrowing of the urine passage called STRICTURE.
To confirm the same, you need to undergo a test called an "ASCENDING URETHROGRAM" (AUG) under antibiotic cover.
Before that, urine culture test needs to be done and made sure that urine is sterile.
Once we have the urethrogram (AUG), WE CAN plan further line of management.

I am of 31 years
USG i have been diagnosed of prostate of volume 16cc. prostate gland weight 25 gms .
Prevoid UB volume 503cc
Postvoid UB Volume 358 cc
I have been advised to take ALFOO for 30 days.
I AM TAKING ALFOO FOR LAST 40 DAYS. BUT NO BENEFIT. NOW MY DOCTOR START ONE MORE MEDICINE DAILY URIMAX 0.4MG MORNING TIME AND ALFOO AT NIGHT.NOW I feels better after using the medicine
Will it create any serious problem due to prolonged use? .. For how long it is to taken ?
As I am 31 years of age, whether prostate enlargement is abnormal .
Is ALFOO AND URIMAX is OK or any other drug will be better?
Now I started affecting my sexual life.should i use some other medicine to restore my sexual life.

I suspect stricture as the cause for your problems and not prostate.
Alfoo and Urimax are nearly the same and hence should not be combined.
Also, they both can affect sexual life and hence need to be stopped.

Sir actually i hav already taken medicines for 45 days..( ALFOO 42 tablets and URIMAX 12 tablets)and Now m stop taking it..i want to ask is there any undesriable impact of the already consumptiion of medicines on my prostate gland.being married i am planning a baby...Is this a right time for it?does these medicines have any affect on baby?
