Brief Answer:
Quit alcohol

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thanks for putting your query in HCM.

I can understand your concerns.

I have undergone through the reports you have uploaded.

Apart from GGT your SGOT and SGPT are laso elevated.

GGT is simply an indicator of alcohol intake and it will be normalsied once you stop taking alcohol.

However elevation of SGOT and SGPT indicates liver cell injury which is a matter of concern

For normalisation again you will have to stop taking alcohol.

If you are overweight or obese then do weight reduction by diet and exercise

Take tablet Udiliv (ursodeoxycholic acid) 300mg tds and Cap evion (Vitamin E)400mg od at least for 3 months and monitor your SGOT and SGPT levels may be after one month of quiting alcohol and taking these medcines

I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. If you have any further query I will be happy to answer that too. Remain in touch and get-well soon.

Brief Answer:
You have to quit alcohol completely

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back

Your weight is on the higher side, you have to work on that. Do regular exercise and dieting to reduce the weight

Both amlosafe-At and Pantop-d are safe and can be taken

You will have to stop alcohol completely, if you want your liver to be healthy

Wish you a good health
