Question: Hi,

We have been trying to get pregnant from the past 3 years (Trying was irregular) , my wife conceived twice however both times there was a miscarriage. In light of this we went for my semen analysis. The doctor(GP) said they found non specific agglutination > 10 %, however he did not give me any answers and referred me to a specialist. Can we become pregnant again and have a baby. Please find the findings of the test below

Brief Answer:
Infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Increased agglutination is caused by infection of the semen.

You need to get semen culture and sensitivity test done to check organism responsible for infection.

You can take antibiotics accordingly after reports.

Meanwhile get your wife's HSG test done to check patency of fallopian tubes.

Regards
