Brief Answer:
Diabetic complications need a rule out.
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I can certainly understand your concerns and worked through all the attached reports.
Your symptoms may just be orthostatic hypotension or may possibly result from impact of diabetes on heart. This need a thorough screening.
I advice you to screen both your heart and eye for any diabetic complications inspite of the normal blood sugar levels at the moment.
For, this I advice you to get a 2D echo and a baseline ECG plus Fundus eye examination.
Further management if any is based on the test results.
Continue antidiabetic medications as usual.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Current medications do not cause such side effects.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
Welcome again.
The present medications taken by you are extremely good in controlling Diabetes and not known to cause any of these side effects.
Since ECG is normal ,I advise you to get 24 hour Holter ECG which detects any rythm disturbances in diabetes.
If 24 holter ECG is also normal, then you can be rest assurred.
I advise you to get Thyroid profile as thyroid abnormality also causes these symptoms.
As I said earlier, Fundus examination by consulting an opthalmologist is mandate.
To sum up, I advise you to get Thyroid profike,2D Echo of heart,24 hr Holter ECG and Fundus examination of eye.
Continue with the present medication as suggested for your Diabetes as they are not known to cause any of the above symptoms.
Avoid stress and anxiety.
