Question: I have a recent apparent growth with pain increasing
in my pelvis floor midway from the anus and scrotum, I think called the Urogenital Triangle

Hi,

Thanks for writing to HCM.

Increasing pain and swelling in that region can be due to an abscess there.

I would suggest that you show the swelling to a surgeon for its evaluation and if he thinks that its indeed an abscess then it will need incision and drainage.

I guess you are not having any fever. If yes then it goes more in favor of the abscess.
