What Causes Indentation On Ankle?

Question: Is this normal? It looks like there is an indent in my ankle on my left leg. I was just to a bone specialist and had x-rays done and he said that everything was fine, but this is bothering me and does not look normal. Do you think it could be tendonitis of the peroneal?
