Question: I have swollen vulva. Inflammation. No itching. Very irritating wearing dress pants, etc. I'm not getting answers and was prescribed some steroid cream. Doesn't clear it up.

it appears that you have vulvovaginitis and it is likely to flare up with steroids. please stop using steroids.
you have to be on antibiotics.
please take the following:-
cap doxycycline 100mg twice a day for 7 days.
tab tinidazole 500mg twice a day for 7 days.
tab diclofenac sodium 75 mg twice a day for 5 days.
wear loose clothings for a week.

you should be fine.
