I can see a small patch of light colored, thickened skin in pubic area. This seem like a dermatitis to me. I guess it would be itchy?
I would suggest you to apply a moderately potent topical steroid e.g Triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% cream Or Mometasone furoate 0.1% cream, twice daily for a few days. You may also take a tablet of cetrizine 10 mg, if it is itchy.
