What Causes Inflammation In Pocket Of Cellulite?

Question: Hi is there a way of determining if a pocket of cellulite is something else? I have an area on my upper thigh that I thought was just cellulite but for some time it feels uncomfortable almost hot although not red or inflamed. I have had lipomas ...fatty tumor removed from back a few years ago. They were more solid feeling than what's on my leg.

Being that I'm over all fairly healthy I'll go with inflamed cellulite. Anything to reduce the inflammation or at least the discomfort
