Question: Pubic area inflammation and 1/2 my ball sack, throwing up and cant shit, happens after i eat, at night

Vomiting and stool obstruction indicates that you may have bowels obstruction. It is more possible if your abdomen is bloated. Pubic and scrotum inflammation can be related to the obstructio or be a symptom of another issue. Hard to tell not being able to see it.
Both obstruction and inflammation in the mentioned area can be both a symptom of rectal cancer.
That is why I suggest you to do not wait with it. Pleas consult general surgeon as soon as possible. Rectal examination and colonoscopy should be done.
