What Causes Inflammation On The Right Side Of Head After An Injury?
No treatment required at present
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Firstly head injury is not serious and no abnormalities on investigation.
Now the second issue is chronic calcified granuloma on CT imaging. This type of lesions are mostly due to neurocysticercosis in developing countries and second common cause may be tuberculoma.
The character of lesion is healed without any perifocal edema. Also you don't have any previous history of seizure.
You don't require any treatment or investigation at present. In very few patients such lesion has a low risk of seizure in future.
According to current guidelines no treatment is required at present.
You may decrease the risk of seizure by avoiding night awakening, sleep deprivation, alcohol intake and refraining from dangerous places like swimming pool, roof top.

1. Calcified lesion (4mm) with no obvious surrounding oedema/gliosis seen in right parasagittal posterior parietal lobe -likely chronic calcified Granuloma.
2. Deviated nasal septum to right side with septal spur compressing the right middle and inferior turbinates.
Bilateral hypertrophied inferior nasal turbinates.
Nothing to worry, no treatment required
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
This report doesn't need any treatment and the lesion has been detected incidentally.
Rest findings of deviated nasal septum and hypertrophied turbinates are related to recurrent rhinitis and nasal blockade.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
Post head injury pain may persist for some months in few patients. Is the hearing loss, ringing sound in ear or bleeding through ear occurred after head injury.
What is the vision on both side of eyes ( Ophthalmological evaluation)
Sometimes migraine or tension type headache occurs after head injury.
As the CT head is not showing any fracture or internal bleeding you can try some medications like amitriptyline , Flunarizine and some pain releiver for some time.
You can provide more detail for further clarifications.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
