Question: Hi Doctor, just to update you on my condition.
By today the feeling is completely gone. no discomfort or pain at all.
should i still continue taking the Nitrofurantoin and Declofenac? because i only finished 6 pills from the Nitrofurantoin new box. Also i feel sometimes my finger is inflamed from inside with pain, that went away when started taking diclofenac, but i heard its not good to keep taking it.
thank you.

hi again doctor,
yesterday i did something stupid, i was at a certified massage parlor and i received an unprotected oral from the masseuse in which i came inside her mouth. (i did not perform on her). she then spit it out in the bathroom. she is most probably clean because shes does checkups every now and then. but today that tingling/uncomfortable/little burn unfortunately came back. im guessing its because of the mixing that happened when my penis touched her saliva along with my sperm. is this something i need to worry about? And was i at risk of getting anything?

I agree doctor, will not perform such an act again. Though im sure she was clean and no oral/cold sores were present.
It is just really confusing for me why my condition is taking too long to heal.
I am not sure what kind of bacteria did i initially get a month and half ago. What if my condition worsens again when i get married and perform regular sex?

Answered by Dr. Dr. P. T. Patil (5 hours later)
Brief Answer:
It has become a chronic infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .
The reason for recurrence or not healing in time is due to unsafe and unnatural sexual acts that you are getting engaged in frequently with unknown women before it gets cured completely.

The answer to your query as regards whether it will worsen after marriage depends entirely whether you continue to have sexual satisfaction by enjoying sexual encounters with unknown woman .

Thanks and Regards.
