Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

I need to ask some questions about your symptoms first:

- any other health issues?

- could you prescribe more in detail the nature of the headache (intensity, duration, relieving and worsening factors, any ear noise, stiff neck)?

- blood pressure measured?

- any drugs used?

Awaiting for answers and other medical info that you can provide....

Brief Answer:
High blood pressure should be treated.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back and thanks for the clarifications.

In this case, most likely your symptoms are related to high blood pressure.

There is need for further evaluation of high blood pressure causes (cardiac work up, blood lipids levels, kidney function etc) and treatment.

These issues should be discussed with your primary care Doctor.

Hope I helped you.

Take care.

Brief Answer:
It is not a condition related to aneurysm.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

If blood pressure was found to be 158/85 mmHg, then it is high blood pressure.

Probably episodes of symptoms you describe are related to episodes of increasing of blood pressure.

Those are not symptoms that can be caused by aneurysm.

Hope I helped you.

Best regards.
