What Causes Intense Jock Itch After Unprotected Sex?

Question: I had unprotected sex on the 3rd of November about 10 days after I felt a burning sensation on my thighs and my scrodum but saw no lesions. went away after 3-4 days. Then on 25-26 started getting the same feeling in my groin and on the bottom of my scrodum but I still cant see any lesions just feels like intense jock itch do I have herpes?

As there are no lesions seen, it is very unlikely to be herpes. Moreover, a doctor has already ruled out herpes, even if it is a quick look.

Just itching can't be herpes. So be rest assured that it is very unlikely.

There is really no itching involved just feels like a burning pain on both sides of my groin. will herepes present itself in both groins and on the scrotum the first outbreak? And occasionally I feel tingling on the top of both my thighs.
