What Causes Intense Pain In Head While Masturbating?
Question: when masturbating I start developing intense head pain (back of neck and ears) as orgasm nears and when I ejaculatge the pain is almost unbearable. it lasts up to 2 hours.

I do not take any medications except Prilosec and Allegra. I actually did check my blood pressure when I had the headache - it was 135 over 80. I am not a doctor but I do not think it was hypertension headache. If it was a hypertension headache then what should I do?
While waiting on your answer there was a form on medhelp.org where many people described the same kind of headache - worst headache I/they have ever had. A doctors comment on this form said it could be a new onset coital headache. Should I go to a doctor or wait 4-5 days without masturbating to see if it persists?

I do agree you do not have hypertension from the new information you gave.
I do think you then have sexual headache. I recommend you stop mastrubating for a week and then see what happens. IF you continue to have headache then your doctor can recommend either a NSAID prior to sex or a beta blocker. Unfortunately, the beta blocker may cause erectile dysfunction so this may be totally unhelpful.
