Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection or spine disc problems.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Does this pain radiate to the lower abdomen or groin? Do you have any fever or burning while urinating.

Back pain and low urine amount can be both caused by urinary tract infection. In such case, pain usually appears in the back and radiates to the lower abdomen or even groin. Burning while urinating can be present.
Back pain can be also caused by spine disc problems. It usually gets worse after some physical activity or like at your case can get worse by the day. It tends to radiate to the buttock or leg. It can appear when lifting heavy objects or bending.

I suggest you to consult your doctor. Urine analysis should be done to rule out urinary tract infection. For spine diagnostics you should have spine MRI and consult orthopedist.

In a meanwhile please try to increase mineral water intake.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
