feeling very cold when fever came. fever again comes after 1 and half an hour after taking paracetamol.

hi take paracetamol 3-4 times a day.Look for other symptoms.Consult your doctor for examination, investigation and treatment if it persists.Do tepid spongiif required

You may require oral paracetamol 3- 4 times a day.
Tepid sponging may be done as and when required.
It may be due to simple respiratory infection(if respiratory symptoms are present) or other infections depending on symptoms and signs.

If it persists investigations need to be done.
So you need to consult your doctor/physician for examination, and management.
