Question: After eating or just random times i will have heart palps, i take pantoprozale for acid reflux, the heart palps are just annoying, but should i be worries about them? And what can i do or take to relieve the heart palps

1. Endoscopy.
2. 2D Echocardiography.
3. Thyroid profile.
4. Lipid profile.
You can add Domperidone 30mg along with pantaprazole that you are taking, for relief from your heart burn. Avoid anxiety and stress. Further medical management can be planned according to the clinical evaluation done by your doctor and according to the reports of the above mentioned investigations.
