What Causes Intermittent Jaw Weakness?
Bruxism, excessive chewing, medication
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
As far as the weakness in the jaw is concerned I have two possibilities. It can be because of the excessive chewing or bruxism or it can be because or nerve weakness.
Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. Mean while you can take a muscle relaxant like chlorzoxazone (if you are not allergic) and you can also take nerve regenerating drugs like vitamin B 6 and 12. Give hot foment over the muscles, that will improve the circulation to muscles and makes the muscle active.
I hope I have answered your query. If you have any queries reply me back. Take care.
