Detailed Answer:
Hi, Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar here.
I welcome you to HCM forum . I have gone through your question. I think I have understood your concern. I will try to suggest you best possible treatment options.
First of all do not panic.
It could be some kind of infection. I will suggest you to get complete blood count done. Also use of broad spectrum antibiotics will be of help
But for this you will need a prescription.
Sometimes, use of vitamin C and Vitamin E and Long acting B 6 for a period of 3 months can be of help.
If it would have been nerve pain it will be sharp and radiating kind of pain. So I think that you need not worry about nerve injury.
If needed USG of Breast can be done to rule out any local pathology. .
I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
Wish you a great health.
Dr. Purushottam.
