Brief Answer:
Seems to be Stress/Anxiety.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Analyzing your details, it seems that she has this problem due to lack of sleep.
If you don't sleep well in night, you feel heaviness in eyes the whole day.
I would advise you to get her routine health check up to rule out any disease.
If you feel she is under some stress that is causing her reduced sleep, consult a Psychiatrist.
If you will ask her, she would also complains of headache as a part of stress.
In such conditions, i prefer to add mild Anxiolytics to my patients like Etizolam.
You may discuss with your doctor regarding this.
If still her problems persists we would evaluate her further for Myesthenia Gravis.
However, with your history this is unlikely.
This is my best advise for you.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Hi XXXXXXX
My doctor has also suggested the same thing, that she might have stress problem.Yes you are correct she has some sort of headache also.
But now a days she complaints little dizziness when her eyes get closed.

Brief Answer:
Detail Follows.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
You can visit any Psychiatrist for her stress problem.
For routine blood tests you don't need any prescription as they can be done at any pathology lab.
I don't know any doctor personally in your area, but you can easily get them in any corporate hospital.
In case you don't get a Psychiatrist then you can also see a Physician (MD Medicine).
I hope and wish, she get's well soon. Wish her a long healthy and happy life.
This is my best advice for you.
If you have any further query please ask me, else you may close the discussion and rate it!
