
What Causes Irregular Indention And Blue Colouration After Steroid Injection?

Question: my teenage daughter has developed an irregular indention in her hip that is blue in color 4 months after receiving a steroid injection at the site. What can be done about it, to heal it and or keep it from getting larger. It is as if the fat and tissue has melted away. It is about 4 cm in size.
