Brief Answer:
probably normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
Having a baby greatly disrupts your hormonal cycles. This is probably just your body readjusting itself and trying to get the hormonal flow back to normal. It often takes 3-4 months for periods to get back to normal after having a child.
However, if you feel that you are losing a lot of blood you could become anemic so see your doctor soon for a blood test and to discuss this irregular bleeding. If you are not breast feeding doctors will sometimes put you on birth control pills for a few months to regulate the bleeding. This cannot be done if you are breast feeding.
See your doctor soon,
