Brief Answer:
Antibiotics can be a cause..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your symptom, taking antibiotics for a prolonged duration that too heavy doses can cause alteration in periods due to altered metabolic process of hormone estrogen leading to delayed periods..

You should wait for few more days, at least a week and in case if you still do not get periods consult a Gynecologist and get evaluated..
As in case if pregnancy is not ruled out then other hormonal problems can cause delayed periods.

Hope this helps..

Regards..
