What Causes Irregular Menstruation And Difficulty In Conceiving?

Need to contact with a doctor
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.
I'm sorry for the lost baby.
If you have had irregular periods for the last six months while you have been on TTC(trying to conceive ) better contact with a gynecologist .
Having irregular periods means that you can't track your fertile window or ovulation time .
Irregular or abnormal ovulation accounts for 30% to 40% of all cases of infertility. Having irregular periods that you aren't ovulating(althought you have ovulated this month but not in the other months ), a condition known clinically as anovulation.
Although anovulation can usually be treated with fertility drugs, it is important to be evaluated for other conditions that could interfere with ovulation, such as thyroid conditions or abnormalities of the adrenal or pituitary glands.
Once your doctor has ruled out other medical conditions, he or she may prescribe fertility drugs to stimulate your ovulation.
The drug contained in both Clomid and Serophene (clomiphene) is often a first choice because it's effective and has been prescribed to women for decades. Unlike many infertility drugs, it also has the advantage of being taken orally instead of by injection. It is used to induce ovulation and to correct irregular ovulation by increasing egg production by the ovaries.

Have no relation with another pregnancy
Detailed Answer:
HI DEAR
If you have ovulated the other months better for you .
Hence only is to be calm and wait until you will conceive naturally for another six months ,than you can contact with an infertility specialist.
First pregnancy do not interfere with conception until your periods come every month ,although irregular.
Irregular periods may be from hormonal imbalances caused form accumulated stress(lost pregnancy)
Hence be calm and take it easy ,because you have all chances to conceive another times .
Continue to take pregnacare.
All the best
