Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Patients with PCOD often have irregular cycles, so that can be the reason for your cycles every 15 days recently.
I have gone through your reports.
They are all normal, except for deficiency of Vitamin D.
Please take those supplements.
Do you wish to have advice for conception also ?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Explained.
Detailed Answer:
Women with PCOD do not have pre mature menopause in general.
It could be simple menstrual irregularity due to PCOD.
Conception and periods are both related.
The steps to be followed for you-
1. Semen analysis of your husband.
2. Follicular monitoring ( tracking ovulation with help of serial ultrasound scans ) done for 3 months.
3. If ovulation is okay, and still you are not conceiving - laparoscopy to check if tubes are open.
4. If ovulation is problematic, and that often happens at this age, and with PCOD, drugs to stimulate ovulation.
5. BLood tests for you - FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin, OGTT, Lipid Profile, Free testosterone, AMH.
Take regular folic acid supplements.
What is your height and weight ?
