Brief Answer:
Not normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Bleeding pr irregular spotting is not normal at the age of 54 years, even in the presence of multiple fibroids.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist as soon as possible for proper examination, investigations including ultrasound and pap smear and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
