What Causes Irregular Vaginal Bleeding Post Frequent Intake Of Emergency Contraceptive Pill?

Question: I had a sex with my gf on 22 nov and she hold my p in her hand and after that by mistaken she touched her v with same hand, and she took unwanted 72 same day after a sex , and that week was her periods time, because she had already delayed her periods last month because of excessive use of pills and had her unexpected bleeding as I told u ago, and on 26 nov we get physical not intercourse but seduce and 28 nov she had a bleeding in a continous flow for 2 days,i.e 28,29 nov she had a bleeding but she confused whether she was in periods or unexpected bleeding due to pills because that time was her periods time , and on 29 evening she took another pills for safer side in already being in bleeding after that her bleeding stopped and on 11 dec she had a bleeding whole day and stopped next day and not yet continues, please suggest me what was that ? And is she safe from pregnancy , and when her periods will continue for the November one?

Your girlfriend's menstrual cycles are totally irregular and unpredictable , because of frequent and indiscriminate use of Unwanted 72.
When taken this way, the benefits of the pill greatly reduce, and only the side effects greatly increase.
There is no way to predict her next periods.
THere is no way of saying whether she is safe from pregnancy, since I cannot discern a pattern of normal periods from the withdrawal bleeds from such frequent intake of emergency contraceptive pill
Please use condoms now till she gets her next proper period.
Please DO NOT take any more emergency contraception.
If you wish, after her periods, she can start regular birth control pills ( oral contraceptive pills ).
To confirm regarding pregnancy, please take a pregnancy test 15 days after the last act of unprotected sex.
Do not put her health at risk by such frequent intake of Unwanted 72.

But may be she was in periods on 28 or 29 because she had a bleeding in continuos way before taking a pills , and bleeding stopped after taking a pills

But we didn't intercourse , but that day by mistaken she touched her v after holding my p , while she washed her v, and most of the time I use condoms

You clearly mentioned that you had sex .
That means intercourse.
The first line of your query is that you had sex.
Also, you did not mention that condoms were used.

Yes I didn't intercourse just seduction happened but in lust she hold my p and touched her v after that she took pills and almost a week she had a bleeding and in continuos way 28 to 29 and on 29 in evening she ate another pill after taking a pill bleeding stopped, because that time was her periods time
