Question: I have inserted mirena iud 3 months back...almost 3 months daily spoting happened to me...after 3months no spotted...but suddenlt i had stomache and bleeding continuously...pls guide me

Adenomeosis (lining in the uterus),,,,because of the that mirena inserted....for me....but almost bleesing and spotting occur....only last two days i feel free but again i got heavy bleeding stomach pain too...my uterus size also feel bulky ..report says...when mirena settle for me and watis the symptoms for settle down...my age s 34

Mirena should be working by now.
If the symptoms are still present, you should consider hysterectomy ( removal of uterus ).
