Brief Answer:
Candidal Groin infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This looks like Candidal groin infection . You need to take control of your sugar and skin maceration that may be caused by any incontinence. Along with the topical antifungal cream that of , clotrimazole, you should also use drying agent. Various agents have been employed to keep the skin folds dry, clean, and cool. These include antifungal powders (including miconazole, nystatin , undecylenic acid , tolnaftate , and 12 percent benzoic acid), aluminum sulfate calcium acetate solution (Domeboro's solution), gentian violet solution, carbol-fuchsin solution (Castellani’s paint), and antiseptic drying agents such as potassium permanganate solution Talcum powder may also be employed as a drying agent
In case of recalcitrant infection if these measures are not working, oral antifungals which are very effective but rarely used are the next options

Fluconazole 50 to 100 mg daily or 150 mg weekly
Itraconazole 200 mg twice daily
Ketoconazole 200 mg daily
Also note topical steroid may be used very scarcely and its routine use for this condition is not recommended. In your case topical beclamethasone is the topical steroid treatment. Hope it helps. Please don't forget to rate and close the question.
